Subscription payments and refund requests are handled by our reseller, Paddle, under its Refund Policy.

Requesting a refund

For purchases from Rowan Collective LLC's Sightseed service, refer to Paddle's Refund Policy, including applicable consumer rights.

To request a refund or get help with a payment, visit paddle.net. For product support, email rowancollectivellc@gmail.com.

Nothing is charged during your 14-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it is separate from requesting a refund.
